1. International Delivery Scope
Facout specializes in the door-to-door and hub-to-hub delivery of premium Nigerian staples to the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada. We partner with world-class logistics providers to ensure your 'taste of home' reaches you wherever you are.
2. The Facout Packaging Standard
Security is our priority. Every order is packed in reinforced, heavy-duty export-grade cartons. We do not ship in flimsy bags; our cartons are designed to withstand the rigors of international air freight while keeping your items intact.
3. Fragile & Breakable Items
Breakables such as glass jars, ceramic pots, or delicate dry goods are handled with extreme care. We utilize double-layer bubble wrapping, foam cushioning, and 'Fragile' labeling to ensure these items arrive in the same condition they left our facility.
4. Liquids & Oils Protection
To prevent leakage during transit, all liquids (including palm oil and sauces) are tightly sealed and placed in dedicated moisture-barrier bags before being placed in the carton. This prevents any accidental spills from affecting the rest of your order.
5. Delivery Timelines
Most international orders reach their destination within 5-10 business days. While we work diligently to meet these timelines, please note that international transit can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as flight schedules and courier network volumes.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your carton is packed and dispatched from our central hub in Nigeria, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's journey across the ocean in real-time until it reaches your door or chosen hub.
7. Customs & Duties
When shipping cross-border, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country's customs office. Documentation for all food items is provided by Facout, but payment of any local duties remains the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Delivery Methods
We offer two convenient options: Home Delivery directly to your doorstep, or Hub Pickup at one of our partner collection centers. Hub Pickup is often a more cost-effective choice and allows you to collect your order at your own convenience.
